Replacement support for verified physical damage during delivery.

Return / Replacement Policy

SEMPYIX accepts replacement requests only if the product is received with verified physical damage during delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

7-Day Damaged Delivery Replacement

If your product is physically damaged at the time of delivery, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.

After verification by our support team, eligible damaged delivery cases will be processed for replacement only. No refund will be issued.

Replacement Process

Once the claim is approved, the customer must send the damaged product back to the company. The replacement will be dispatched after the damaged item and claim details are received and verified.

Shipping Cost for Replacement

In case of replacement, the customer has to bear one-side shipping cost while sending the damaged product back to the company. SEMPYIX will dispatch the replacement after verification.

No Return in Other Cases

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as no use, don't like it, change of mind, product no longer required, incorrect order placed by customer, or any other non-damage reason.

No Refund

No refund will be processed for any order once purchased, under any circumstances. Damaged delivery cases are handled through replacement only.
